Saeed Milani-nia

As President, Saeed provides strategic planning and corporate leadership to guide all present and future company initiatives. He develops client relations, leads financial planning, and manages financial risks. Saeed leads the company's mentoring program and personally advises staff members at all levels. Saeed's vision for the company's growth over the years involved hiring the best and the brightest talent in the industry. The company benefits from Saeed's dedication to Milani's employees, over 34 years of experience in the construction industry, and passion for delivering exceptional results on each and every project.

Vice President of Operations

Ira Kaplan

Ira oversees and provides leadership to ensure the proper and safe execution of all Milani’s construction projects. Specifically, Ira is responsible for planning and scheduling all of the work to guarantee our clients 100% on-time delivery. Ira supervises all of the project managers and project engineers and leads the training efforts to ensure that our staff is able to reach their maximum potential.

Vice President of Estimating and Purchasing

Michael Stuppy

As Vice President of Estimating and Purchasing, Mike is in charge of setting the company up for success. He is responsible for preparing bids and proposals and procuring subcontracts and major purchase orders. Specifically, Mike researches bid opportunities, selects the most suitable projects to pursue and supervises the estimating and purchasing staff.

General Superintendent

Ken Aubel

As the General Superintendent, Ken has over 30 years of construction experience. Ken schedules and coordinates the work for Milani crews and subcontractors. He is in charge of the company's safety program and his goal is to provide an accident-free work environment on all of our projects for workers, pedestrians and the traveling public. Ken also coordinates the personnel and equipment of the company and is responsible for determining the proper use and application of the equipment.

Silvanna Mendez

After completing her education, Silvanna joined Milani Construction, marking the beginning of her professional career. With over 12 years of dedicated experience, she has refined her skills in building bridges, roadways, and utility installations. Silvanna skillfully manages every aspect of construction, from the initial planning stages to project completion. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, budget oversight, resource allocation, and schedule optimization, all aimed at guaranteeing projects are executed with unmatched precision and efficiency. Recognized for her talent in fostering teamwork, Silvanna motivates teams to achieve exceptional outcomes in every project they undertake.

Accounting Manager

Kathy Le

Kathy began her accounting career at Milani Construction in 2015, immediately after graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. With over 9 years of experience in construction accounting and financial management, she oversees the company's financials and works closely with the project management team to ensure projects are completed within budget. In her role, Kathy reviews and records all transactions, prepares periodic financial reports, and provides professional insights to support organizational objectives and financial growth.
