Project Scope

Roadway and pedestrian way replacement and/or rehabilitation in a city/urban/residential setting including maintenance of traffic, removal and replacement of concrete and granite curbs, replacement of concrete sidewalk, cobblestone permeable pavers, upgrade pedestrian walkways to ADA standards, full-depth roadway reconstruction with asphalt paving, removal and replacement of unsuitable soils, upgrade streetlights, reconstruct traffic signals at eight intersections, install fiber optic communication lines, placement of extensive landscaping, furnish bike racks/trash receptacles/park benches/solar-powered parking meters, install storm drain/sanitary line/water line throughout project, install bus stop concrete pads, pavement markings, and permanent signs.
